Ford Design Company is a locally-owned screen printing and embroidery shop located in Waynesboro, Virginia that specializes in graphic design, screen printing, custom hockey jerseys, heat press customization, and embroidery. We’ve been in business since 2012 and have decorated over 25,000 shirts, jerseys, hoodies, bandanas, tote bags, and other specialty items in that time. No job is too small.
We do quality prints, using quality materials, at a competitive price. We don’t post pricing because the costs of raw materials and shipping are constantly fluctuating, but contact us for a quote and you’ll find that our pricing beats many online and local printing companies. We purchase many of our raw materials and shop supplies from US-based companies. The inks, screens, printing press, flash dryer, darkroom materials, hand tools, and most consumables we use (including cleaning supplies) are made in the United States. To remain competitive with other print companies, many of the products we print on (t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, etc.) ARE imported, but U.S.-made garments are available upon request.
